About the breeds
Yes and no, and the detail matters. The allergen is a protein in dander and saliva rather than hair itself. Low-shedding doodle coats hold that dander on the dog instead of releasing it around your home, which is enough for most allergy-sensitive families — but no dog is completely allergen-free. Curly coats are the best choice for allergies, wavy coats work for most people, and we always recommend spending time with an adult dog before you commit.
It depends on the Poodle parent. Micro minis finish around 10–20 lbs, minis 15–35 lbs, mediums 30–50 lbs and standards 50–90 lbs. We give you an expected adult weight range for every individual litter rather than a single promised number, because genetics does not deal in exact figures.
The honest shortcut: if you want an active companion for hikes and fetch, look at a Goldendoodle or Mini Goldendoodle. If you want a small, calm lap dog for an apartment or a quieter home, look at a Cavapoo or Maltipoo. An F1 is a first-generation cross — one Golden Retriever parent and one Poodle parent. An F1B is backcrossed to a Poodle, so it carries more Poodle genetics and produces curly, low-shedding coats far more reliably. If allergies are your main concern, F1B and multigenerational crosses are the safer bet.
Buying a puppy
Most of our puppies fall between $1,800 and $3,000 depending on breed, size and coat. Every available puppy has its price listed on its own page, and a $200 deposit reserves it. That price includes age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, a health guarantee, a go-home starter pack and lifetime breeder support.

Always, and you should insist on it with any breeder. Local families visit us in Fort Worth; families further away do a live video call with the puppies and their mother in frame. Any seller who will not do that is one to walk away from.

Every puppy goes home with a comprehensive written health guarantee, up-to-date vaccinations, deworming and full health records — plus lifetime breeder support. We also ask you to have your own vet examine the puppy within the first few days, which starts the guarantee period.

Bringing your puppy home
Eight weeks at the earliest, never sooner. Puppies learn bite inhibition and canine social skills from their mother and littermates in those last two weeks, and removing them early causes behavioural problems that show up years later.
A standard Goldendoodle wants 45–60 minutes a day plus mental work. Minis need a bit less, and Cavapoos are happy with 20–40 minutes. Brain work counts: five minutes of training or a puzzle feeder tires a smart dog more than another lap of the block.
Yes, and it is the commitment people most often underestimate. Professional grooming every 6–8 weeks (4–6 for curly coats) plus brushing at home two to three times a week. Doodle coats grow continuously and mat if neglected — our grooming guide covers the technique that actually prevents it.
Slowly and on neutral ground. Start somewhere neither animal considers home, keep meetings calm, supervised and treat-filled, let everyone sniff and observe at their own pace, and keep the first interactions short. With patience it nearly always goes well.
They will have made a start — our puppies are raised in the house and are used to going outside — but house training properly is a job for their first weeks with you. Take them out on waking, after meals, after play and every hour or two in between, and reward the moment they finish outside.
Delivery & travel
Yes. Delivery is free across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We drive across Texas and to Oklahoma for a fee covering the round trip, and we fly puppies in-cabin nationwide with a dedicated flight nanny.
Your puppy travels in-cabin in a carrier under the seat with a flight nanny — never in cargo. We fly American Airlines out of DFW, their home hub, and you meet us at arrivals at your nearest major airport. Our flight page gives an instant cost estimate for your state.
Free within the DFW metroplex. Ground delivery elsewhere in Texas is a fee covering the round trip. Flights typically run $700–$1,400 depending on distance, which covers the airfare, the airline pet-in-cabin fee and the flight nanny's time. Use our flight estimator for your city.
Absolutely, and we love it when families do. You collect from us in western Fort Worth by appointment, meet the litter and the mother, go through the paperwork properly, and drive home with your puppy.
