Purchases and Payments

All transactions are processed securely. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods through Stripe.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy.
• Full payment must be completed before puppy pick-up or delivery.
• All payments are final; no refunds will be issued unless specified in our Health Guarantee section.

Puppy Health Guarantee

We ensure that all puppies are healthy at the time of sale. Each puppy comes with a veterinary health certificate and initial vaccinations. The following conditions apply:

• The buyer has three (3) days from receipt to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian.
• If a serious life-threatening condition is discovered, the buyer must provide proof, and the seller may offer a replacement puppy or refund.
• Common parasites such as hookworms, roundworms, tapeworms, giardia, and coccidia are not covered under this warranty.
• Umbilical hernias are not considered a genetic defect or health issue under this contract.

Puppy Health Recommendations

We highly recommend providing your puppy with NuVet Plus immune system supplements to support their overall health and well-being. NuVet Plus is made in the USA with human-grade ingredients and formulated in an FDA-registered pharmaceutical laboratory.

Return and Rehoming Policy

If the buyer is unable to care for their puppy, they must contact us before rehoming the dog. The seller offers a lifetime rehoming policy.

• The dog should never be surrendered to a shelter.
• Rehoming the dog without seller approval voids the health warranty.

Spay and Neuter Agreement

All puppies are sold on a strict non-breeding contract. The buyer agrees to spay or neuter their puppy by 18 months of age.

• Proof of spay/neuter must be sent to the seller.
• Failure to comply voids the health warranty.
• Any breeding of the dog constitutes a breach of contract and may result in legal action.

Traveling with a Puppy

We offer assistance in traveling with your puppy to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience. The following conditions apply:

• The customer is responsible for covering the cost of the roundtrip ticket.
• An additional $125 fee is required to add the puppy to the flight ticket.
• We exclusively travel with American Airlines.
• A $25 parking fee will be added to the total cost.
• All travel-related fees must be paid in full prior to the flight.
• The buyer must be available to meet in the airport at the scheduled arrival time.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any costs associated with the puppy after transfer, including but not limited to veterinary bills, grooming, training, or any behavioral issues.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will not sell or distribute your personal information. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States.
